I understand I need to pay a *deposit of £20 (TOTS WITH TEMPO) £40 (1 hour booking) / £50 (2 hour booking) to secure my party booking (details of this will be emailed to you on completion of this form)

*Deposits may be refunded if no less than 30 days notice of cancellation is given

I understand the remaining **balance of the party is due no later than a week before the party date

**The final balance is due if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given

I understand photographs taken by the party entertainer may be used for marketing purposes of The People's Dance Company/ Enchanted Events UK only and will be stored securely
